Network Support Applicants should have:

• A minimum of 12 months experience dealing with end user support.
• Working knowledge (including installation, backup, recovery and security) of Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory structure and domain functionality.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fundamental understanding of networking including IP and DNS.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of security and antivirus products in a corporate environment.

Web Development Applicants should have:

• A minimum of 12 months experience servicing clients as a web developer.
• A design portfolio of at least 3-4 websites on which you were the principle creative designer.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of ASP, PHP, MySQL, SQL Server and other programming languages / databases
• Experience with shopping carts, payment gateways and other e-commerce tools.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Macromedia Flash)
