Rates

Onsite Service

• Mon - Fri (9am-5pm): $110 / hour (minimum 1 hour, billed in ½ hour increments thereafter)
• After-Hours & Holidays: $150 / hour (minimum 2 hours, billed in ½ hour increments thereafter)
• Emergency Response: 25% Surcharge (4-hour guaranteed emergency response)

Trip Charges

• Up to 25 miles: $40.00
• Center City Philadelphia: $50.00
• 25 to 50 miles: $60.00
• 50 to 80 miles: $80.00
• Over 80 miles: $0.75 / mile traveled (both directions)

In-Shop Service

• General Charges: $125 bench-fee per system per incident (includes all service work performed to resolve issue)
• DVD Data Backup: $45 fee per backup up to 1 DVD ($5 / additional DVD)
• Data Recovery: $245 fee per drive (software recovery attempt of damaged, deleted or corrupted information)
• Pick-up / Drop-off: $20 + applicable trip-charge (up to 10 minutes for delivery/reconnection)

Remote Services

• Remote/Phone Service: $110 / hour (minimum ½ hour, billed in ½ hour increments thereafter)
