- Additional locations within 35mi radius and less than 5 systems can be added for a 10% surcharge
- Standard service contract does not include installation, configuration, migration of new equipment, software or systems.
Business Hour Block Contracts
- Annual agreements include a pre-determined block of service/support hours at a discounted rate
- Service Level Agreements customized to your needs with either a 4-hour or 1-business day response time guarantee
- Designated primary and secondary support technicians familiar with your network and environment
